To truly take ahold of the weekend and really get all you can out of it, it’s best to make a weekend checklist and jot down what needs to happen, what you’d like to happen, and to leave room for some spontaneity.
Now, if you’ve been at work all week, you might just want to do a big nothing. And just hang out and chill. That actually sounds like a great idea. If that’s the best way for you to recharge after a long, bustling week, then I say, do you! 🙂
